Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management

Cleaner claims, faster follow-up and clear reporting, handled by people who learn your payers and your software.

Overview

How we support your practice

Revenue cycle problems rarely come from one big mistake. They build up from small ones: a missing modifier, a rejected claim nobody reworked, an aging balance that slipped past 60 days. Our billing team works the whole cycle so those small issues are caught early.

We work inside the practice management or EHR system you already use, so there is no forced migration. You keep ownership of your data and your payer accounts.

Best suited for

  • Solo and small group practices without in-house billing staff
  • Practices with growing A/R or frequent denials
  • Providers changing billing companies or bringing billing back under control
  • Practices that want visibility into collections without managing a billing department
What is included

What our medical billing support covers

Scope is agreed with you in advance, so you know who is responsible for what.

Charge entry and claim submission

Charges are reviewed against visit documentation and payer rules, then submitted electronically with scrubbing for common errors.

Payment posting and reconciliation

ERAs and EOBs are posted and matched to deposits so your ledger reflects what was actually paid.

Denial and rejection management

Each denial is investigated, corrected and resubmitted or appealed, with the root cause logged so it does not repeat.

Accounts receivable follow-up

Aging claims are worked by payer and by age bucket, with escalation when a payer stops responding.

Patient statements and balances

Patient balances are billed clearly and consistently according to your practice policies.

Monthly reporting

You receive a regular summary of charges, collections, denials and A/R so you can see what is happening in the revenue cycle.

How it works

A simple, predictable process

STEP 1

Review

We look at your software, payer mix, current A/R and common denial reasons.

STEP 2

Set up

We agree scope, access, reporting format and who handles which task.

STEP 3

Work the cycle

Claims, posting, denials and A/R are worked on a regular schedule.

STEP 4

Report and refine

You get regular reports and we adjust the workflow as patterns appear.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to change my billing software?

No. We work in the system your practice already uses, provided we can be given appropriate access.

How are billing services priced?

Medical billing is offered at 3% of collections. We confirm covered services, minimums and any additional charges in your written proposal after reviewing your practice.

Will I still be able to see my own data?

Yes. Your data stays in your system, and you receive regular reports.

Do you handle patient information securely?

Work that involves protected health information is done under a Business Associate Agreement and with access limited to what the task requires.

Designed around your practice

Know what is happening to every claim

Medical billing at 3% of collections. Final scope, minimums and any additional fees are confirmed in your written proposal.

Before the claim leaves your practice

We check patient demographics, coverage information, rendering and billing provider details, and required claim fields. Eligibility and benefits verification can be included with billing so your team can identify coverage questions before the visit. Benefits are not a guarantee of payment.

When a claim rejects or denies

We distinguish clearinghouse rejections from payer denials, identify the correction or supporting documentation needed, and track the next action. Appeals follow payer deadlines and your approved documentation; clinical decisions remain with your provider.

When balances become difficult to collect

A/R follow-up prioritizes timely filing exposure, aging balances and unresolved payer requests. We separate insurance responsibility from patient responsibility and flag items requiring your approval before write-offs or adjustments.

The information you receive

Agree on weekly or monthly reporting for submissions, payments posted, outstanding claims, denial reasons and follow-up actions. Reports should show both completed work and exceptions that need an owner.

What onboarding looks like

1. Share your priorities

Tell us your specialty, provider count, software, expected volume and the work you want to hand off. Use the consultation for business information; do not send patient records.

2. Review a written scope

Confirm responsibilities, pricing, coverage, reporting and exclusions. Identify a practice contact for approvals and a plan for any existing backlog.

3. Start with a clear handoff

Agree on secure access and any required agreements before work starts. Review the first task queue together and set a regular time to discuss open items.

Designed around your practice

A question to consider before you start

Can you take over from our current biller?

Yes. We first define a cutover date, reconcile access and outstanding work, and separate old A/R from new claims. Historical cleanup and ongoing billing are scoped before the handoff.
